RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. GFC wants you to be satisfied with the products you have purchased. If you are not satisfied, or if the item is damaged* or defective*, please follow the guidelines below.
No Returns on Clearance items.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 5 weeks of the purchase date, and products must be unused with original packaging and tags.
Except for items that are damaged*, defective*, or were shipped incorrectly, we kindly request that you cover the shipping costs for your return. Simply pack up and send the products back to us at the address provided using your preferred postal service. Or GFC can send a return label and deduct the return’s cost from your refund. Once we receive and verify the items, we will issue a refund or credit accordingly. Returns and exchanges may also be made in-store.
To initiate a return or exchange, click here. Returns and Exchanges must be approved by GFC prior to the return. The refund or exchange will occur within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of the returned items. Exchanges may result in a price difference: additional charges or credit amounts will be processed with the original payment method.
* For an item that arrived damaged or defective please initiate a return as outlined above and indicate what is damaged or defective using the drop down menu and notes section of the return. Shipping charges are generally refunded in these cases.
Note: photos may be requested; and damaged or defective items may involve the shipping service and/or product manufacturer in the process. GFC will reach out to discuss the return choices and ensure a smooth process with satisfactory results, to the best of our capabilities.
Cancellation Policy: GFC is happy to cancel your order prior to shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return, and we kindly ask you to follow the guidelines outlined above.
